GROW FARMS BEEF
Family owned and operated, six generations strong. Grow Farms began as a small family farm in 1854 . Forging a new path in rural America has been the driving force for our family the last 150 years. We have endured, thrived and continued the tradition of an American Family Farm.
Today we grow Black Angus Beef. Our Cattle come from small farms in Tennessee and Kentucky. Raised on other family farms, owned and operated by folks who know and care for our animals until they are old enough to travel to our facility. From these small ranches and farms, our animals are transported to Rensselaer, Indiana where they are fed Indiana corn grown right here on our own land.
Randy, the owner personally looks after our cattle, everyday. His son Nick, has hands on for feeding and care, and his son Jacob is following tradition, studying Ag Engineering at Purdue University .
From the day they arrive until they reach your table, our cattle are treated humanely, allowed ample space, cared for by people who know and respect each animal.
That is why we team up with small ranchers to provide quality animals, why we care for them each and every day, and why we dry age ALL of our beef, and only use a small, independent, USDA, certified and inspected processor.
We care, where, why, and who....and so should you....you are feeding your family and friends!
